Runs Will Rain Today In Wankhede

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will play with Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the Match 12 of the IPL 2021 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, today. Both the teams are brimming with confidence as they have won one match each and they want to continue their journey.

About Wankhede Stadium

Delhi Capitals (DC) chased a huge target of 195 runs on this pitch and they won the match comfortably. Shikhar Dhawan of DC was the man of the match. He scored 92 runs on 49 balls. Both CSK and RR know that a daunting score is needed to win the match on Wankhede and for this reason, they will have to rely on their batsmen.

Here’re the top three batsmen to look for in today’s match

1 Sanju Samson

He is the skipper of Rajasthan Royals and this 26-year-old cricketer loves batting to his heart. In the recent match against PBKS, he played a superb inning of 119 off just 63 balls but he couldn’t win the match.

2 Jos Buttler

Jos Buttler once said that Wankhede stadium was one of his favorite places to bat in the world. Also, the pace and bounce of the Wankhede pitch perfectly suit the batting style of the English batsman. And today, he is likely to come for an opening for Rajasthan Royals.

3 Moeen Ali

CSK skipper MS Dhoni and coach Stephen Fleming are relying on this all-rounder bought at the price of INR 7 crore. Since their main batsmen Suresh Raina is back for this season, they have high hopes from Moeen Ali who has scored 82 runs and taken one wicket so far.
