Switch Off Your Lights At 9 PM On 5th April Asked PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked people to display a collective spirit in the fight against COVID-19 by showing up on their balconies and gates once again on the coming Sunday.

Narendra Modi wants people to light their balconies and gates with candles, lamps, torches, mobile lights and whatever they can use as light to applaud unsung warriors against coronavirus. And he wants the people to do it just like they did during last month’s “Janata Curfew”.

He said that people should show up sharp at 9 pm on April 5 to mark their fight against COVID-19. But at the same time the PM urged people to stay indoors and maintain social distancing to defeat novel coronavirus.

Password Protect Your Zoom Meeting To Avoid Being Found

The security expert Brian Krebs said that an automated tool found around 100 Zoom meeting IDs in an hour and info for nearly 2,400 Zoom meetings in a single day of scan.

A Kansas City-based security meetup group led by security professional Trent Lo and members of SecKC developed a program called zWarDial that can automatically guess 9 to 11-digit long Zoom meeting IDs and draw info about those meetings.

This tool can find around 100 meetings per hour. It can successfully determine a legitimate meeting ID 14% of time. Also, the program extracted critical info like date and time, meeting organizer and topic of a meeting after scanning nearly 2,400 upcoming or recurring Zoom meetings in a single day.

In January, Zoom implemented a feature that would block repeated attempts to scan for meetings but zWarDialroutes searches through Tor to avoid Zoom’s blocking. But the program can’t find meetings that are password protected.

Zoom encourages users to make passwords

Zoom said in a statement that it strongly encouraged users to implement passwords. The statement further read that passwords for new meetings had been enabled by default since last year, but users were provided the option to opt out of the passwords.

Story of the birth of Lord Shri Ram

It is a very interesting story because it has a mythical event behind the objective of his birth. Lord Rama was born to free the world from the curse of Ravana, the king of Lanka. In Tretayuga, Lord Srihari Vishnu took birth in the incarnation of Lord Rama to kill Ravana.

Maharaja Dasaratha of Ayodhyahad no children. He performed a yajna to get a son. To start the yajna, he released a horse named Shyamakarna with his Chaturangini army. It started in the presence of sages, ascetics, kinds, friends and their guru Vashistha ji.

The yajna started with chanting of mantras and the smell of holy offerings to the yajna spread all over the world. Also, special kheer was made for offering. At the conclusion, Maharaja Dasarathaoffered all his blessings to brahmins. And the kheer was kept as blessings for his queens, who became pregnant after eating the kheer.

On the Navami date of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month, queen Kaushalya gave birth to a son in Punavasu Nakshatra. The infant had a stunning indigo on his face because he was none other than Vishnu. Other queens Kaikey and Sumitra also gave birth to sons. MahrajaDasaratha got four sons with blessings of the yajna.

Oil Industry Faces Demand Crash In April

The oil is an all time low this month and this unparalleled demand destruction could transform the industry for years to come. The energy analysts anticipate that daily consumption of oil will plummet by 15 million to 22 million barrels in April in comparison to the demand last year.

In a March note, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said that shutting down the demand would have large scale and persistent ramifications to supply. Goldman anticipates a surge of 20 billion barrels a day in storage tanks in April. And HIS Markit predicts that the world will run out of storage space for oil in middle of the year.

April is predicted to be the worst ever month for global demand for jet fuel. According to industry consultant FGE forecasts American, the gasoline consumption could plunge by 50% in comparison to the last year. And Energy Aspects Ltd. predicts the global benchmark Brent crude to drop by $10 a barrel, a level not seen in more than two decades.

The April crash will be start of a second bleak quarter for the industry and the experts fear that it could send some producers to go to the extent of destabilizing governments in many OPEC countries. But there is a positive side of the crash in oil demand. It will help achieve the energy restructuring so badly needed according to Goldman.

The US Reached The Cap Of 65,0000 H-1B Work Visas For 2021

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced closure of H-1B visas for the fiscal year 2021. The federal agency that screens and allocates H-1B visa applications said that it had reached the congressional mandated limit of 65,000 visa cap.

Enough requests from corporations and businesses were received said the federal agency. It further said that it had reached the cap. USCIS randomly selected applicants among the registrations properly selected.

The agency received electronic registrations during the initial period to reach the FY 2021 H-1B numerical allocations. The fiscal year begins from October 1, 2020. The agency is now in the process of notifying the successful applicants.

USCIS said that the successful H-1B visa applicants that include both businessmen and companies would be notified by the agency before March 31. The applicants could file an H-1B cap subject petition after getting the notification.

Deadline for H-1B visa application

The new H-1B Electronic Registration Process implemented was rolled out before the start of the application filing season on April 1. The interested parties including businesses and companies were asked to send their applications on before March 20 that was the last date for registering for H-1B visa with USCIS. Earlier, the last date of visa application was June 30.

The federal agency also issues additional visas to those that have earned masters and higher degrees from a US institution. It has the power to issue 20,000 H-1B visas to students of higher studies.
