Sonu Sood Visited Matoshree After Facing Criticism From A Sena MP

Actor Sonu Sood, who has been praised for all the help he provided to migrant labourers in Mumbai reach their homes in different parts of the country, called on Maharashtra Chief Minister Udbhav Thackeray after he was severely criticized by Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut.

Sanjay Raut criticized Sonu Sood

Sanjay Raut criticized the good job done by Sonu Sood as an attempt to malign the state government. Raut wrote in his weekly column in Sena mouthpiece Saamna that Sonu Sood had been paid by BJP to help stranded labourers to defame the state government. He also said that Sonu Sood would promote any party that paid the actor.

The actor called on the senior Thackeray also the CM and went to his residence with Minister Aslam Shaikh and Aaditya Thackeray. Aadtiya tweeted about the meeting that Sonu Sood met Udbhav Thackeray ji and that the actor was a good soul to work with.

Sonu Sood downplayed Raut’s remarks

The actor said that he was supported by Thackrerays and their party and all parties. He further said that it wasn’t about any particular party as indicated by Sanjay Raut. He also denied having any misunderstanding with the state government.

Sanjay Raut commented again

After his meeting with Thackeray at Matoshree, Sanjay Raut said that the actor reached Matoshree. Jai Maharashtra, Raut tweeted. The Shiv Sena MP was very critical of Sonu Sood helping migrant labourers. He said that the actor used to work on scripted dialogues.
