Buy Infinix Hot 9 Series Phones On Flipkart On May 29 At 12 PM

Infinix Hot 9 series will be released in India on May 29 according to Flipkart. This is in line with the teaser released by Infinix. The company released a teaser of the upcoming phones on May 20 and said that Flipkart would reveal more details about the phones. The e-retailer also announced the launch of Infinix Hot 9 phones but it didn’t share any features or specifications of those phones.

Ininix Hot 9 phones launch date

Flipkart is running a banner about launch of Hot 9 phones on its homepage. The banner reads that the phones will be unveiled on May 29 at 12 pm. The Hot 9 series has two models – Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro. And it is expected that Infinix Hot 9 will be the same model revealed by the smartphone brand earlier in March in Indonesia but the Hot 9 Pro could be an upgraded version.

Infinix Hot 9 Pro

While Flipkart provided no details of the upcoming phones, it shared an image of image of Hot 9 Pro in its teaser page. The picture shows the phone with a quad-camera setup. Also, there is a finger sensor on the rear of the phone. The front side is dominated by the hole-punch design. The front camera is placed on the top left corner of the screen.

The camera setup shows 48-megapixels written on it and it gives an idea that the main shutter of the phone would be a 48-megapixels sensor. Since the Hot 9 phone released in Indonesia has a 16-megapixel camera, the phone image in the teaser is of Hot 9 Pro.

E-retailers Want To Take Part In Joint Fight Against COVID-19

E-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart again put the case for sale of non-essential goods and asked for permission to sell the items that have become essentials over a prolonged period. Also, the ecommerce companies promised to make deliveries while following the lockdown conditions of social distancing.

Amazon delivery

It said that ecommerce offered the safest way for sellers/retailers to serve the needs of citizens while ensuring social distancing. Amazon was committed to keep citizens safe and that e-commerce can play a crucial role in the joint fight against the pandemic said the company. It further maintained it can help in fight against coronavirus by starting supply of goods.

Flipkart delivery

The ecommerce company said that it can help in easing the burden of piled up inventory of MSMEs with quick delivery of products to consumers in a safe and secure manner. Also, it promised maintaining social distancing norms while making online deliveries to consumers.

Government on ecommerce deliveries

The government has allowed sale of essential goods that include pharmaceuticals and medical equipment through ecommerce platforms but it has put a ban on sale of non-essential goods by e-retailers. The delivery agents handling delivery of non-essential goods are advised to follow the instructions provide by the governments of states and UTs they are working from.

Lockdown in India

The country is currently in the middle of the extended lockdown enforced to break the chain of spread of novel coronavirus. The lockdown was extended on April 14 and it will remain operative till May 3.
