Liverpool jumped to fourth place on points tally after defeating Burnley with a 3-0 score. With this win, The Reds created a bigger goal difference between them and their closest rival Leicester. If things work well, Liverpool could even grab the third position.

The Reds have created a superior goal difference of four from Leicester and they can move ahead if they can match the result of the match between Leicester and Tottenham. Liverpool will play their final match of the season with Crystal Palace.

Liverpool could easily achieve the third position if Chelsea loses their match to Austin Villa. Chelsea is one point ahead of The Reds. Austin Villa defeated Tottenham on Wednesday and kindled hope for Liverpool. The Lions guaranteed The Reds a place in the Champions League with this win.

If Liverpool wins their fourth successive match, The Reds would become the most in-form team with 23-points from the 27 available in the Premier League.
