What Did BJP Leaders Say About Nitish Kumar?
BJP leaders from the state as well as the center have slammed Nitish Kumar for this move. Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi said that Nitish Kumar won’t get the respect he got while being with BJP.
Modi further said that BJP made Nitish Kumar CM despite having more seats and the saffron party never tried to break the JD(U). The senior BJP leader from Bihar said that BJP broke only those who betrayed the party. In Maharashtra, Shiv Sena betrayed BJP and faced consequences.
BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad also slammed Nitish Kumar. The senior BJP functionary said that Nitish Kumar had left and said that BJP was trying to destroy his party. BJP made him a union minister several times. He was also made chief minister. Mr. Prasad questioned why Nitish Kumar re-thought his decision to an alliance with RJD in 2015 and came to BJP in 2017.
Nitish Kumar was disrespecting the mandate of Bihar’s people. It was the baseless allegation that BJP was trying to destroy JD(U) maintained by Ravi Shankar Prasad.
