Selena Gomez suggests eating fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts and seed in plenty. In grains, she recommends brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat, and multi-grain bread. For protein, she takes the chicken breast, mushroom, tofu, soy chunks, salmon, kidney beans, and peas. In beverages, she drinks fresh water and homemade fruits and vegetable juice.
Exercise regimen
Amy Rosoff, the exercising partner of Selena Gomez, advised that one shouldn’t follow the same routine for a long time. You will become bore of the same old routine and start looking for excuses to skip exercises. Her advice is to keep exercising interesting and entertaining.
