USA, Senegal, And Netherlands prepare For The Knockout Stage Of World Cup 2022

USA enters the Round of 16 matches of FIFA World Cup 2022 by beating Iran by 1-0. It was an easy win for the US as Iran couldn’t get into the game even after struggling hard. In another match, Senegal also qualified for the knockout stage.

USA vs Iran

Christian Pulisic scored the only goal at the 38th minute of the first half for USA and led his team into the knockout stage of the World Cup 2022. But the Chelsea winger got injured and had to stay out of the game for the next half. But Iran couldn’t do well despite their best efforts and had to accept the 1-0 defeat.

Senegal vs Ecuador

Senegal qualified for the knockout stage of the World Cup for the first time since 2002 by beating Ecuador with a 2-1 score. The first goal of the match was a penalty hit by Ismaila Sarr in the 44th minute of the game. But Moises Caicedo equaled the score in the 67th minute. But Kalidou Koulibay goal in 70th minute sealed the win for Senegal.

Netherlands vs Qatar

Netherlands got an easy win of 2-0 over Qatar as the desert nation was already out of its form. With seven points in three group games, the Dutch emerged as the top scorer in Group A and advanced to the knockout state. Cody Gakpo scored the first goal for Netherlands and the third goal in the three games for the Dutch team.
